We keep large quantities products in stock and on hand. If your unable to place the item in the shopping cart then the item is out of stock. Please join the wait list for that specific product and you will be emailed when it comes back into stock. All in stock orders that are placed before 1 pm EST will ship within 24 Hrs. during normal business hours (excluding weekends & holidays), otherwise the order will process the next business day.

All ballistic armor is made to order. Please allow approx. 2-3 weeks for delivery of ALL armor products. This allows us to deliver our customers ballistic armor with very little “shelf time”. This means your getting ballistic armor that has a born on date of approx. 2 weeks before it arrives into your hands.

We use UPS, USPS, and DHL as our shipping partners.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

It is against Federal Law for a person convicted of a violent felony to purchase or possess body armor. In addition, various States also have laws restricting the purchase or possession of body armor by persons convicted of drug crimes, certain felonies, or other crimes of violence. By purchasing body armor from Chase Tactical you acknowledge and certify that: (1) you have no felony convictions, (2) you have not been convicted of any other crime that would restrict your ability to purchase or possess body armor under any State or Federal law, (3) you do not intend to use the body armor for any criminal purpose and (4) you are over 18 years old. Chase Tactical reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to sell body armor to any person. Additionally, the sale of body armor to residents of Connecticut is restricted to in-person sales, unless the sale is made to certain law enforcement or military personnel.
