Return Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

What Cannot Be Returned

For your safety and ours, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Body armor, plates, and helmets – Cannot be returned or exchanged to ensure ballistic integrity
  • Clearance and open-box items – All sales are final
  • Customized or personalized items – Including any embroidered products
  • Used or worn items – We cannot resell used gear

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us here within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide (for eligible returns)

Important: Please use a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the original product box (like a shoe box) as outer shipping packaging, as it may get damaged in transit and we won't be able to resell it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is free when you use our prepaid label
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We don't process traditional exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This way, we can get your new gear shipped out immediately without waiting for the return to arrive.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

We're sorry if we made a mistake! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away and we'll make it right—no return shipping charges for our errors.
